  28. I received my Lightspeed #1 tape and would like to provide some
  29. feedback.

  31. Overall, I liked the tape and found it to contain much useful information.

  33. I am however, disappointed with the video/audio quality of the tape
  34. I received. Whoever is duplicating your tapes is not maintaining a very
  35. high quality control. The tape I received was barely viewable due to
  36. having to adjust tracking until the video was distorted in order to
  37. make the audio understandable.

  39. Production wise, most of the tape was of good quality, however, the
  40. segment on the gravity / physics program was not done very well
  41. (disjointed / rambling.) I fast-forwarded through most of that
  42. section.
  43.  
  44. I would subscribe to the rest of the issues if I could be assured that
  45. the video / audio problems were resolved.
  46.  
  47. I may be interested in producing a segment for one of your issues.
  48. What is the best way to proceed?
